Interpretation and Definitions

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 4-5 Weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local/ national holidays or during emergencies such as natural disasters or lockdowns and/ or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If the Company is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is likely to be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, the Company will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Taxes as applicable may be included in the shipping charges.
The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping costs and is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed by additional 2 business days.
Orders with the out-of-stock item(s), may take an additional business day to process.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
We ship to addresses within India and its Territory/ies except for those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once Your Order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order in damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all invoices, packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
