The products as sold are classified into two categories.

• Customised – suited & adapted to a specific order placed by the customer.

• Non-Customised – Off-the-shelf orders.

Customized Products:

• In the case of customized products, there shall be No Refund, Return, Exchange, or Cancellation of orders once placed with us.

Non-customized:

• In the case of Non-Customised products, there shall be No Refund, Return, exchange, or cancellation of orders once placed with us. A product can be exchanged with a product of the same specification if there is a manufacturing defect in the same. However, a mismatch in color would not be deemed a manufacturing defect as the images of products in color can vary from actuals.

• In case of manufacturing defect customer can initiate an exchange within 24 hours of receipt of the Product.

Terms and Conditions:

• The product sent for exchange must be returned to the Seller in its original condition with all labels, shipping bills, and packing intact.

• If the product is NOT in the original condition with all labels, shipping bills, and packing intact the product will not be accepted for return by the Seller.
